✨ 'One Small Positive Thought In The Morning Can Change Your Whole Day' ✨



It literally can be the smallest positive thought too, that makes the biggest shift in your perception of the day ahead.


It's not always easy to think good thoughts, especially when we are having a tough time and struggling.


Sometimes it's just not a concept we are used to, and for various reasons it's become habit to always think the worst, maybe as a form of self protection.......


'If I prepare for the worst then the reality is of it can only be equal to that or better'


But this can then also easily lead us down a 'rabbit hole' where before you know it, it becomes you in every sense.


It evolves and creates a barrier to you considering possibilities, and to your true belief of what may or may not happen.


This can then develop into limiting opportunities for example, just from the way you have come to view the expected outcome.


It's that infamous snowball effect, but one that doesn't have your best interests at heart.


I have been there too, and that false form of mental preparation still tries to creep back in many a time.


But, I know that if I allow that train of thinking; then I am simply setting myself up to fail.


So...... I don't allow it.


You can learn to do exactly that too.


Here is a start......... 'What is the BEST thing that could happen'


One word change in your thoughts creates massive changes in your life.
