When a new week arrives, it can bring a mixture of emotions for many.
It has every possibility to mean excitement, enthusiasm and new opportunities, however in challenging times it may be more likely to resemble heightened anxiety, worry or trepidation.
If the latter resonates with you, then you may find it helpful to initially focus on notions that aren’t too extreme one way or the other.
The concept of a positive mindset can initially feel daunting or even impossible at times, however allowing space for optimism can be a natural way to begin developing this.
Thoughts of ‘It Could Be Good’ may be viewed as such an insignificant arrangement of words, however the impact can result in a huge shift of your approach mentally.
Maybe give it a go the next time you associate negativity towards a certain day, week, event or situation.
Remember to channel your awareness in the change you feel leading up to it, just by giving your mind permission to take that slightly more balanced option.
