Hi everyone,
How are you all?
I am really enjoying this challenge 👇
I have to say I am struggling with a few of the tasks; but I accept that I am going to ..… my reasons to participate was as a kickstart for motivation of better habits, and that will continue to evolve ……
The examples below are 2 of the easiest meals to make that ensure you consume a balance of;
🎇 Carbs (wholemeal pasta) 🎇 Protein (lean minced beef in one, turkey in the other) 🎇 Veg (various including mushrooms, peppers, courgettes, fresh tomatoes)
Plus, making double the required quantity; makes leftovers for tomorrow! 👌
